Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) function as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for GTPase activity, exchange of GDP for GTP, and G protein-effector interactions.
