Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The hnRNP F gene encodes a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs), which are RNA-binding proteins that complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA. These proteins are involved in pre-mRNA processing, including alternative splicing, polyadenylation, and mRNA transport. hnRNP F contains three quasi-RRM domains that bind to guanosine-rich RNA sequences and is highly similar to hnRPH. Multiple alternatively spliced variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
