Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
NDUFA6 (NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 6), also known as LYRM6, NADHB14, or B14, is a 128 amino acid protein localized to the matrix side of the mitochondrial membrane. It is part of the multi-protein respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase complex (Complex I) and acts as an accessory protein facilitating electron transfer from NADH to the respiratory chain. The human NDUFA6 gene is located on chromosome 22, which contains over 500 genes and is the second smallest human chromosome.
