Target Information
Anti-Rat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically, they are produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or fragmentation to generate highly specific reagents.
