2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합할 수 있어 높은 유연성을 제공하며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상을 가능하게 합니다.
