The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
INSRR (Insulin Receptor-Related Receptor) is a member of the insulin receptor (IR) family. Although INSRR does not bind insulin-like molecules, it shares tyrosine kinase activity with INSR. It functions as a pH-sensing receptor, activated by increased extracellular pH, and triggers intracellular signaling pathways involving IRS1 and AKT1/PKB.
