Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
CLUH is an mRNA-binding protein involved in the proper cytoplasmic distribution of mitochondria. It specifically binds mRNAs of nuclear-encoded mitochondrial proteins in the cytoplasm and regulates their transport or translation near mitochondria, contributing to mitochondrial biogenesis.
