Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RSRC1 encodes a protein belonging to the serine and arginine rich-related protein family, involved in constitutive and alternative mRNA splicing. Research suggests RSRC1 may be associated with schizophrenia. A pseudogene is located on chromosome 9. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. RSRC1 has been linked to various disorders, including Autosomal Recessive Non-Syndromic Intellectual Disability and Intellectual Developmental Disorder, Autosomal Recessive 70.
