Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SNX10 is a probable phosphoinositide-binding protein involved in protein sorting and endosomal membrane trafficking.
It plays a role in cilium biogenesis by regulating the transport and localization of proteins such as ATP6V1D, ATP6V0D1, and RAB8A to the cilium.
Additionally, SNX10 is involved in osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption.
