Target Information
CD34는 분자량 111–115 kDa의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다.
줄기세포 표지자로 알려져 있으며, 인간 조혈 줄기세포에서의 발현은 가역적입니다. CD34는 수용체 매개 내포작용과 세포 부착, 분화 및 증식 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한, 골수 기질세포 또는 세포외기질에 대한 부착을 매개하는 접착 분자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
CD34는 선택틴에 결합할 수 있는 당사슬 부착의 발판 역할을 하며, 세포 신호전달에도 관여할 수 있습니다. CD34 관련 이상은 dermatofibrosarcoma 및 neurofibroma와 관련이 있습니다.
