Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HOXC10 belongs to the homeobox family of genes, encoding transcription factors crucial for morphogenesis in multicellular organisms. Mammals have four homeobox gene clusters (HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, HOXD) located on different chromosomes. HOXC10 is part of the HOXC cluster on chromosome 12. Its protein expression is regulated during cell differentiation and proliferation, suggesting a role in origin activation.
