Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
EBLN2 may act as an RNA-binding protein. Its C-terminal region is highly homologous to the bornavirus nucleocapsid N protein, which binds viral RNA and oligomerizes. The viral protein also has nuclear import and export signals that seem absent in EBLN2, suggesting an unrelated function in humans.
