Target Information
Cbl 단백질은 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제(E3) 계열로, 활성화된 티로신 키나아제의 분해를 통해 신호 전달을 음성 조절합니다.
Cbl-c는 Cbl 단백질 중 가장 최근에 클로닝된 멤버로, 상피세포에서만 발현됩니다.
다른 Cbl 단백질과 마찬가지로, 활성화된 EGFR을 유비퀴틴화하여 분해를 유도합니다.
CBL 단백질은 SRC homology-2 (SH2) 및 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 단백질과 상호작용하여 하위 신호전달을 조절합니다.
