Epidermal Growth Factor, Biotinylated, complexed to Alexa Fluor™ 647 Streptavidin (Alexa Fluor™ 647 EGF complex)
Invitrogen™에서 제공하는 EGF 형광 복합체는 세포 내 EGF 수용체 검출에 유용한 다양한 접합체 형태로 제공됩니다. 형광 표지된 EGF는 수용체-막 상호작용 연구, 수용체 분포 분석, 결합 상수 계산 등 다양한 생물학적 연구에 활용됩니다.
EGF에 직접적으로 형광염료를 결합한 FITC, Oregon Green™ 514, tetramethylrhodamine 접합체뿐 아니라, biotin-XX로 표지된 EGF와 Alexa Fluor™ 또는 Texas Red™ Streptavidin 복합체 형태도 제공합니다. Biotin-XX는 긴 스페이서 암을 포함하여 EGF 수용체에 대한 결합 친화도를 높입니다.
