The EnzChek™ Protease Assay Kit, green fluorescence is a fast, simple, and direct fluorescence-based assay for detecting metallo-, serine-, acid-, and sulfhydryl proteases. The increase in fluorescence, measurable with a fluorescence microplate reader, is proportional to protease activity.

제품 설명
이 키트는 pH에 영향을 받지 않는 녹색 형광 염료 BODIPY™ FL로 광범위하게 표지된 카제인(casein) 유도체를 포함합니다.
프로테아제에 의해 기질이 절단되면 고형광의 BODIPY™ FL 표지 펩타이드가 방출되어 용액 내에서 정량적 형광 측정이 가능합니다.
BODIPY™ FL 염료의 여기 및 방출 스펙트럼은 fluorescein과 유사합니다.
