Invitrogen™에서 제공하는 Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) 형광 표지 복합체는 세포 내 EGF 수용체(EGFR) 검출에 유용합니다. 형광 표지된 EGF는 다음과 같은 연구에 활용됩니다:
- 수용체-막 상호작용 분석
- 수용체 분포 연구
- EGF–수용체 결합 반응속도 상수 계산
FITC, Oregon Green™ 514, tetramethylrhodamine 등의 형광체가 직접 EGF에 결합된 형태로 제공되며,
Alexa Fluor™ 및 Texas Red™ 염료는 biotinylated EGF와 streptavidin 복합체 형태로 구성되어 있습니다.
Biotin-XX 스페이서 암을 사용하여 수용체 친화도를 향상시켰습니다.
