Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ITGB1BP1 is a key regulator of integrin-mediated cell-matrix interaction signaling. It binds to the ITGB1 cytoplasmic tail, preventing activation of integrin α5β1 by talin or FERMT1.
It plays important roles in:

  • Cell proliferation, differentiation, spreading, adhesion, and migration
  • Bone development and angiogenesis
  • Regulation of β1 integrin-containing focal adhesion dynamics
  • Modulation of Rho GTPase activity (CDC42, RAC1)
  • ROCK1 translocation and myoblast migration
  • Bone mineralization and fibronectin fibrillogenesis
  • Negative regulation of angiogenesis via Notch signaling and AKT/ERK phosphorylation balance
  • Promotion of MYC promoter transcriptional activity
