Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

ITGB1BP1 is a key regulator of integrin-mediated cell-matrix interaction signaling. It binds to the ITGB1 cytoplasmic tail, preventing activation of integrin alpha-5/beta-1 by talin or FERMT1.
Functions include:
- Regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, and migration
- Controls beta-1 integrin focal adhesion dynamics
- Acts as a GDI regulating Rho family GTPases (CDC42, RAC1)
- Promotes osteoblast migration and bone mineralization
- Modulates angiogenesis via AKT and ERK1/2 signaling pathways
- Enhances MYC promoter transcriptional activity
