For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform another round of desalting (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cell-mediated immune responses are initiated by T lymphocytes stimulated by peptides bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC). Activated T cells express inhibitory receptors such as PD-1 (PDCD-1), which bind ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 to suppress immune activation in the absence of danger signals. PD1-deficient mice show hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune symptoms. PD-1 may migrate at higher molecular weight than predicted in SDS-PAGE.
