For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cell-mediated immune responses are initiated by T lymphocytes stimulated by peptides bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC).
Activated T cells express inhibitory receptors such as PD-1 (also known as PDCD-1), which bind ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 to inhibit immune activation in the absence of danger signals.
PD-1 knockout mice show hyperactive immune responses and autoimmune diseases.
Despite its predicted molecular weight, PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE.
