Target Information
Cdc25B is a tyrosine protein phosphatase that functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. It is required for G2/M phase transition and cytokinesis in an ECT2-dependent manner. Cdc25B directly dephosphorylates CDK1 and activates its kinase activity. The three isoforms exhibit different levels of activity.
