Target Information
ULK3 (unc-51-like kinase 3)는 serine/threonine kinase 계열 단백질로, SHH(sonic hedgehog) 신호전달 경로에서 GLI 단백질의 양성 조절자로 작용합니다. ULK3는 세포 내에서 GLI 전사 활성 및 위치를 조절하며, in vitro에서 GLI 단백질을 인산화합니다. ULK3는 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, SHH 신호가 활발한 조직에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
