- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse PRDM14, recombinant human ZNF24, ZNF143, ZNF206, or ZNF281 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
PRDM14 encodes a member of the PRDI-BF1 and RIZ homology domain-containing (PRDM) family of transcriptional regulators.
The encoded protein may possess histone methyltransferase activity and plays a critical role in maintaining cell pluripotency by suppressing differentiation marker gene expression.
Expression of this gene may also play a role in breast cancer.
