Target Information
PKM2는 피루브산과 ATP로부터 인산포스포엔올피루브산을 생성하는 효소로, 갑상선 호르몬과 상호작용하여 세포 대사 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 PKM2는 임균 부착 및 침입에 관련된 외막 단백질 Opa와 결합하여 세균 병원성에 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체 변형이 보고되었으며, 두 가지 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
