The Neutralization Dose₅₀ (ND₅₀) for this antibody is 10–40 µg/mL in the presence of approximately 5 µg/mL of recombinant human IGFBP1 and approximately 6 ng/mL of recombinant human IGF1, using human MCF7 cells.
Target Information
This gene belongs to the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family and encodes a protein containing both an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. The protein binds insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) I and II, circulating in plasma. Binding prolongs IGF half-life and modulates their interactions with cell surface receptors.
