For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Retinoid-related orphan receptor beta (RORβ), a NR1 thyroid hormone receptor, influences central nervous system development and function, including sensory input integration and circadian rhythm regulation.
Disruption of RORβ in mice leads to juvenile ataxia, retinal degeneration, abnormal circadian activity, and delayed male fertility onset.
RORβ binds monomeric response elements containing the sequence AnnTAGGTCA.
An alternatively spliced isoform, RORβ2, is expressed in the pineal gland and retina, sharing DNA- and ligand-binding domains with RORβ but possessing a distinct N-terminal domain.
Expression of RORβ has been documented in various regions of the mouse brain.
