- Recommended positive controls: HepG2, Molt-4, NIH-3T3, JC, BCL-1
- Predicted reactivity: Mouse (100%), Rat (99%), Zebrafish (98%), Xenopus laevis (98%), Chicken (100%)
- IHC notes: Requires antigen retrieval using heat-mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)
- Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
