- 본 항체는 amphibia, chicken, dog, goat, guinea pig, mouse, rabbit에는 반응하지 않습니다.
- 본 항체가 인식하는 epitope은 formaldehyde 고정 및 조직 처리에 민감하므로, frozen section에서는 acetone 고정을 권장합니다.
- 면역조직화학(IHC) 분석 시 tonsil 조직을 양성 대조로 사용할 수 있습니다.
- FACS 분석 시, 1×10^6 세포/100 µL에 대해 권장 희석액 10 µL를 사용합니다.
- 저엔도톡신, 무보존제 제형이며, Endotoxin Level: <0.001 ng/µg antibody (LAL assay 기준).
- Mouse anti-Human HLA ABC antibody (clone W6/32)는 HLA-A, B, C loci의 공통 항원결정기를 인식하며, HLA class I α3 및 α2 도메인에 반응합니다.
