Anti-Human secondary antibodies는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류, 정제 등의 용도로 사용되며, HRP, AP, 형광 등의 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합하여 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭 효과를 얻을 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제됩니다.
