The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
MGAT3 (N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase III) is one of more than 100 glycosyltransferases involved in the synthesis of protein-bound and lipid-bound oligosaccharides. It transfers a GlcNAc residue to the beta-linked mannose of the trimannosyl core of N-linked oligosaccharides, producing a bisecting GlcNAc. Expression of this gene may be controlled by a multiple-promoter system.
