Radixin은 액틴을 세포막에 연결하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 세포골격 단백질입니다. Ezrin 및 Moesin과 높은 서열 유사성을 가지며, 유전자는 염색체 11q23에 위치합니다. RDXP2 및 RDXP1이라는 두 개의 유사유전자가 각각 Xp21.3과 11p에 존재합니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 이소폼을 암호화합니다.
