Target Information

RBM25는 대체 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱의 조절자로 작용하는 RNA 결합 단백질입니다.
BCL2L1의 아이소폼 발현을 조절하여 세포사멸(apoptosis)에 관여하며, proapoptotic BCL2L1 isoform S와 antiapoptotic isoform L의 비율을 조절합니다.
LUC7L3와의 결합을 통해 U1 snRNP의 결합을 촉진하고, 특정 RNA 서열(5'-CGGGCA-3')을 인식하여 스플라이싱 선택성을 조절합니다.
심부전 시 SCN5A의 비정상적 절단 스플라이스 형태 생성에도 관여합니다.
