Target Information
CD7 (gp40, Leu9)은 면역글로불린 유전자 초가족의 40 kDa 단백질로, N-말단 1–107 아미노산은 Ig kappa-L 사슬과 높은 상동성을 보이며, C-말단 영역은 프롤린이 풍부한 스톡 구조를 형성하여 Ig 도메인을 지지합니다.
CD7은 대부분의 미성숙 및 성숙 T 림프구, T 세포 백혈병 세포, NK 세포, 일부 정상 B 세포 및 악성 B 세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD7 표면 결합은 T 세포 및 NK 세포의 활성(칼슘 플럭스, 부착분자 발현, 사이토카인 분비, 증식 등)을 양성 조절합니다.
또한 CD7은 phosphoinositol 3'-kinase와 직접 결합하며, CD7 결합은 D-3 phosphoinositides 생성 및 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다.
CD7 발현은 백혈병 진단에서 중요한 표지자로 사용됩니다.
