For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAP2K4 (MEK4), also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase 4, is a dual specificity kinase of the STE7 family that phosphorylates and activates JNK1/2 and p38. It preferentially phosphorylates tyrosine residues of JNKs and is involved in cellular stress and inflammatory responses.
MAP2K4 plays a role in carcinogenesis; loss-of-function mutations have been identified in lung and pancreatic tumors, while pro-oncogenic roles have also been reported.
