Target Information
ZAP-70는 Syk 계열의 세포질 단백질 티로신 키나아제로, T 세포와 자연살해세포(NK cell)에만 발현되며 T 세포 수용체(TCR) 활성화에 필수적입니다. TCR 결합 후 ZAP70은 SH2와 kinase 도메인 사이의 interdomain B 영역 내 Tyr292, Tyr315, Tyr319에서 인산화됩니다. Tyr315(Vav 결합 부위)와 Tyr319(Lck 결합 부위)의 인산화는 림프구 신호전달을 촉진하며, Tyr292의 인산화는 ZAP70의 일시적 활성화를 종결시켜 신호를 조절합니다.
