Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of ATRIP only when phosphorylated at Serine 68.
Target Information
ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein phosphorylated by ATR. It regulates ATR expression and is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. ATRIP localizes to intranuclear foci after DNA damage or replication inhibition.
