Target Information
Cdc25B is a tyrosine protein phosphatase functioning as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. It is required for G2/M phase progression and abscission during cytokinesis in an ECT2-dependent manner. Cdc25B directly dephosphorylates CDK1 and stimulates its kinase activity. The three isoforms exhibit different levels of activity.
