Description:
The SF1-1.1.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigen. H-2Kd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g., b, j, k, p, q, s, and v) has not been observed.

Applications Reported:
This SF1-1.1.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of Balb/c splenocytes. Can be used at ≤0.25 µg per test.
A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
Cell number should be determined empirically (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Titrate antibody for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Filtration:
0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
