Target Information
Interleukin 9 (IL-9)는 활성화된 T helper 2 (Th2) 림프구에 의해 생성됩니다. IL-9은 B 및 T 림프구, 비만세포, 호산구, 상피세포 등 Th2 관련 천식 반응에 관여하는 여러 세포 유형을 조절합니다.
마우스 IL-9 cDNA는 144개의 아미노산 전구체 단백질을 암호화하며, 18개의 아미노산 신호 펩타이드가 절단되어 14 kDa의 성숙 단백질이 형성됩니다. Native mouse IL-9은 고도로 당화되어 있습니다.
최근 연구에 따르면 TGF-β는 Th2 세포를 재프로그래밍하여 IL-9을 분비하게 함으로써 IL-17 생성 T helper 세포 및 조절성 T 세포의 분화에 중요한 역할을 하며, Th9 세포의 직접적인 분화를 유도합니다.
