Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF proteins have broad mitogenic and cell survival activities and are involved in diverse biological processes such as embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth, and invasion. The specific function of this growth factor has not yet been determined.
