Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product is a Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein mainly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and related lymphomas.
It is involved in chromosome rearrangements at 3q27 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, with rearrangements detected in 33–45% of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
Bcl-6 expression has been observed immunohistochemically in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, Burkitt’s lymphomas, and nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin’s disease.
