Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product is a Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein predominantly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and related lymphomas. It is involved in chromosome rearrangements at 3q27 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, with rearrangements detected in 33–45% of diffuse large B cell lymphomas. Bcl-6 expression is observed immunohistochemically in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B cell lymphomas, Burkitt’s lymphomas, and nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease.
