Target Information
TRPV6는 칼슘 투과성 채널로, 신경전달, 근육 수축, 세포 내 칼슘 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 조직에 따라 비타민 D, 부갑상선 호르몬(PTH), 칼시토닌(CALCA)에 의해 조절될 수 있습니다. 다양한 조직에서 칼슘 흡수에 관여하며, 내부 칼슘 농도가 낮을 때 활성화됩니다. TRPV5와의 이합체 형성으로 채널 특성이 변하며, S100A10 및 ANAX2-S100A10 복합체와 상호작용하여 세포막으로의 이동에 필요합니다. BSPRY 및 칼모듈린과도 상호작용합니다.
