Product Specific Information

This AF6-88.5.5.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kb MHC Class I alloantigen. H-2Kb is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g., d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended usage ≤ 0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume, cell number 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Light Sensitivity: Tandem dye is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and stained samples from light.

Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency. Clone-specific performance should be determined empirically.
