이 SMMS-1 단클론 항체는 사람 평활근 미오신 중쇄의 두 가지 아이소폼(SM1, SM2)과 반응합니다. 평활근 세포의 수축 장치 구성 요소로서, 평활근 세포의 최종 분화 마커로 사용됩니다. 정상 유방 조직에서는 근상피세포가 내강의 외층을 형성하며, SMMS-1로 염색됩니다. 이러한 염색의 소실은 침습성 암을 나타낼 수 있습니다.
또한 이 항체는 소, 개, 고양이, 쥐의 평활근 미오신 중쇄와 교차 반응하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
Applications Reported: Western blot 및 포르말린 고정 파라핀 절편 조직의 면역조직화학 염색에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested: Rat heart에서 Western blot, 포르말린 고정 파라핀 절편 조직에서 IHC로 테스트됨. IHC Antigen Retrieval Solution - Low pH (Product #00-4955-58)와 함께 사용 가능. 권장 사용 농도 ≤ 5 µg/mL이며, 최적화된 조건은 실험에 따라 조정 필요.
