Product Specific Information
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and allow to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve (product is overfilled to ensure complete recovery). Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily. Stable for 1 year from date of receipt. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins, light chains on all rabbit immunoglobulins, Rabbit IgG F(ab')₂ fragment, or serum proteins from bovine, horse, or human.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit antibodies. Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These reagents are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation).
