Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2) plays a crucial role in maintaining self-renewal and pluripotency of embryonic and trophoblast stem cells via FGF and Wnt signaling pathways.
Upon FGF pathway activation, ESRRB interacts with KDM1A, binding to enhancer sites of ELF5 and EOMES, activating their transcription and promoting trophoblast stem cell self-renewal.
ESRRB also regulates expression of rod-specific genes essential for photoreceptor survival.
Defects in the ESRRB gene are associated with autosomal recessive deafness 35 (DFNB35).
