Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments with this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).


Target Information

Heterogeneous nuclear RNAs (hnRNAs), including mRNA precursors and mature mRNAs, form complexes with specific proteins known as heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs).
HNRNPL is one of the proteins stably associated with hnRNP complexes and plays a key role in mRNA formation, packaging, processing, and function.
It is found in the nucleoplasm as part of the hnRNP complex and can also exist outside the nucleus. hnRNP proteins shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm, suggesting potential cytoplasmic functions.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
