Target Information
TSC2 (Tuberin, Tuberous sclerosis complex, TSC Complex Subunit 2)은 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있으며, 세포 성장 정지 조절 및 스테로이드 수용체 매개 전사 조절에 관여합니다.
TSC2는 cytosolic complex 형태로 hamartin과 결합하며, vesicular transport 조절에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
Ser939 및 Thr1462의 인산화는 hamartin과의 상호작용을 조절하며, 이는 phosphoinositide 3-kinase/Akt 경로에 의해 자극됩니다.
