Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TCEAL1 (Transcription Elongation Factor A (SII) Protein 3), also known as p21, SIIR, or pp21, belongs to the TFS-II family. These factors release RNA polymerase II (Pol II) from transcriptional arrest by activating intrinsic RNA cleavage activity, enabling the polymerase to resume elongation.
TCEAL1 is a 157-amino-acid nuclear protein expressed ubiquitously and may function through protein-protein interactions with transcriptional regulators rather than direct DNA binding.
